About

Long before I decided to become a physician, I developed a love for good food and cooking.  As I began my medical training, I undertook a parallel journey in the kitchen, teaching myself recipes from childhood memories and exploring new flavors and techniques.  I’ve embraced healthy cooking, balanced by the occasional treat 🙂.  Helping others to incorporate nutritious and delicious foods in their daily life has become part of my journey as a physician.  Come join me as I continue to grow and learn in the kitchen!
